The company set up a research and development center, the high pressure and low turbulence design is applied to the development and production of products, the formula process, production operations, equipment, mold combination to achieve the best results. PlasEx buys several CNC machining centers in the machining shop, as well as different screw types and mechanical accessories to ensure a rapid production process.
The company also set up a product testing center, using 6 sets of advanced single and twin screw extrusion production lines. Simulate extrusion process conditions for preliminary debugging, to ensure that the product qualified factory.
